Nomad Living Hosts IFC and RTI International for Sustainability Initiatives at Nomad Bucareli.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n We were thrilled to host representatives from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and RTI International, one of the world’s largest non-profit research institutes, at our Nomad Bucareli multifamily building.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n RTI International, in collaboration with the US Agency for International Development (USAID), is working on initiatives aimed at lowering building carbon emissions in various cities across Mexico. This effort aligns perfectly with our own sustainability goals at Nomad Living. The International Finance Corporation is also actively advancing these objectives through its sustainable lending programs, offering "green" loans to fund eco-friendly projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n At Nomad Living, we are excited to be working with the IFC to certify Nomad Bucareli under the EDGE Green Building Certification. This certification focuses on reducing energy use, water consumption, and embodied energy in materials, all while maintaining affordability for residents. Achieving this certification will not only reflect our commitment to green building practices but also help us contribute to a healthier environment for the communities we serve.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Nomad Living together with CCLA, we are dedicated to promoting sustainable and energy-efficient construction and management practices across our multifamily apartment rental projects, not only in Mexico but also in Peru, Colombia, and Chile.
